go to bed early to get at least 9 hours of sleep.
This step fits me like a glove: sleeping!! It’s a well known fact that a minimum of 8 hours of sleep a night is desirable. Of course we’re talking about statistics and in fact, I know some people who only need 4 hours of sleep a night and really feel rested. Well, I’m not one of them; I need at least 9 hours to feel rested and fit, but I usually don’t take that time.
It’s so obvious, the world really is a better place when we are well rested.
However, we are at our best when we’re well rested; we can handle the world better and will be less easily irritated by others. Enough sleep gives you the ability to make wise decisions and it reduces the chance of causing a car accident. And those are only a few of the benefits …♥
