Today I will …

eat vegetarian.

Oh wait … that’s what I’ve been doing for at least 15 years! Still, I think this step is worth mentioning. Greenpeace (among others) made June 15th ‘World Meat Free Day’ and provided enough reasons to avoid the meat aisle for at least one day. June 15th seems like ages ago, but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat vegetarian today. Every day you don’t eat meat (products) is 1 day; and 1 day can have a huge impact!

If 10 million people eat 1 meal without meat, it saves the world 13 million tons of water.

Afraid you’re dying without meat in your diet? No worries: a. we all die, b. I still live, so you won’t die of being a vegetarian (at least, not within the first 15 years …). Just make your meals nice and colourful with lots of different kinds of veggies. You can eat some cashewnuts for extra iron if you really think you need it. Your body, the world ánd I will be really grateful!
