Today I will …
buy biodegradable wet towels
Whenever the Husband and I go on a road trip, I like to bring some wet towels for those moments we eat something sticky, spill our drinks (yes, all the time) and for tons of other situations that usually require running water for clean-ups. I can imagine how convenient these towels must be for people with young kids. I mean … we already need them quite a bit, but kids tend to get sticky just by looking at stuff!
For the last couple of years this luxury was something I wasn’t prepared to give up, but it also didn’t feel good to produce extra waste while being on the road. So when I went grocery shopping, I looked for a better alternative and I found biodegradable wet towels! The packaging states that these towels are gone in 21 days, which is great!
Officially these are baby napkins, and I never know if they’re meant for diaper changes or for faces, but who cares? This brand doesn’t clearly state the body area to use them in, so I guess I’m fine. They are natural and biodegradable, which is way more important to me anyways. And pretty expensive, but I think that’s a good thing, it makes me extra careful with my drinks, and makes me want to use as few of them as possible. Win win, I guess.
